Well, I was just scrollin' around, and Trololin' and realized how empty this is... So why not make this intresting... Here is the thing you must do:
Pick the most active user on the site (Don't go choosing from Post Count, I mean how active in forum. Since in post count, me and #1 are top; Forum wise our post is much less)
Then choosing best from their personality, choose a plot which they could play in the site to get it up and going.

--- The people who are chosen the most will be pm'ed, if they consent to the idea, they will be in the poll, whoever wins, they are what will bring up activity.

Results:
Well, what do you get for winning? I'll tell you what! You get the chance to add a single jutsu (this does not include banned or Hiden techniques); Even if your a Genin and want an S-rank Technique. This is a once in a life time chance for you! So guys, let's get it started!
