Bring this place up

Well, I don't want to make this without anyone saying it'd be a good idea, so I want everyone to pitch in with this idea.

We need more members, but thing is, if you look at a forum with no post, why would you Join? Exactly! So I was thinking... To get people to join, for a limited time, why not raise the points her post to 3* each time you post in one of the following villages:
Kumogakure no Sato
Kirigakure no Sato
Amegakure no Sato

- Those 3 forums are completely BLANK. And because some people are trapped in forums by non-posters in the topic *cough* Make an exception, that you can join a third-rp'ing topic as long as it is in one of those 3 listed villages.

Just consider this idea, if we could get post going, people would want to join more!

I guess hell yea, but what would the valid RP reason be? I'll check out Kumo with my canon and I'll do Ame with Doc.
