THE NEW SITE

Everyone... Do you know how Naruto use to be? No! You don't, because this is no longer following those basic "Rules". Here is the run down of things.

How will Ranks Work?

• Okay well I will make a quick run down. Instead of doing the whole "Genin", and "Chuunin" Rankings, it will go by letter. (D, C, B, A, S)
  
• All characters who are not in 'ranks' (Merchants, Civilians) are automatically "E"
  
• Anyone who is in-training to be a shinobi (A civilian who can use techniques, or Academy Students) Are D-rank.
  
• All Genin are to be considered "C-rank", At this rank, people are allowed to be missing shinobi, so any missing C-rank shinobi is called "Ex-C" (Missing Shinobi - C-rank)
  
• All Chuunin are to be considered "B-rank"; Any missing B-rank shinobi is called "Ex-B" as their rank.
  
• All Jounin are to be considered "A-rank"; Any missing A-rank shinobi is called "Ex-B" as their rank.
  
• There is a space for shinobi who are above Jounin, but do not run a guild. It is called "S-rank", they are noted to be the top shinobi in their guild, and usually carry out dangerous missions. (Anyone who is missing and on this level is called "Ex-S")
  
• Because we do not have kages, we have sub-ranks. The sub rank is called "Guild-Leader". They are the leaders of their guild.
  

Lands..? What are they now?
Here is a quick run down of it. We no longer have "Land of ___" or "Village Hidden in the ____" it goes in order like this.
Region >> Territory >> Guild.

So in 1 Region, there may be 2 Territories (A territory is a section of a region owned by a Guild.) In each Territory, there is the main part of it, where the official "Guild" is. In the territory outside of the Guild there may be locations or small cities as their were in Konoha.

• The former Land of Fire will now be known as the "Evergreen Region".
  
• The former Land of Water will now be known as the "Immerse Region".
  
• The former Land of Lightning will now be known as the "Overcast Region".
  
• The former Land of Wind will now be known as the "Barren Region".
  
• The former Land of Earth will now be known as the "Escarpment Region".
  
  
  - Smaller locations
  
• The former Land of Grass will now be known as the "Cane Region".
  
• The former Land of Sound will now be known as the "Forgotten Region"
  
• In addition, there will also be a "Midnight Region"
  

Villages! Wait... Are there any?
No, there are not. That anwsers a question many will ask. See now, as I said, there are Territories. Territories are large sections of a country ran by a guild. It's not the entire Region though. Heres an example.

There is a large Region, with two territories. Each territory has it's own empire-thing going, right? Well there is a main part of the Territory, where most of the Guild's shinobi, and it's main central source is. Everywhere else may be little camps, or sections of the Territory for members of the guild.

Now, for the Guilds... Guilds will be made in perspective of a Village, but with a different style, and remodeled form.
(will list the Guilds/ Territories later.)

What about Antagonist Groups?
Well, there won't be "Groups" anymore, instead we will have "Shadow Guilds" - Which are guilds that have become ill-willed, and cause trouble. These are usually smaller then regular Guilds.

How do I make a Guild?
You want to make one? Well heres how it goes. You need atleast 13 recruits, One Guild Leader, and one co-leader. The co-leader will be ranked as "S-rank".

Now because we don't want tons of guilds popping up, this rule is going to have an addition. Yo become a Guild, you must destory the guild of the region where you want to settle.

Now if you don't want to do that, heres an acception. Get 28 members, 1 Guild leader, and 1 co-leader, and you can lay down your territory wherever you like. (Because we like activity)

Here is a question I know you all will ask....

CLANS!
We will keep the Clans, and Kekkei Genkai. But as a note, they won't be subject to a single "Guild". The clans are spread out, by now it's basically just a term, which shows that you have a certain Kekkei Genkai.

What about Jutsu?
Well there won't be any changes to the way techniques are performed (hand seals) and everything, and the names will not change. However, there are new rules (I will post Jutsu limits in template when I edit it).

It goes as following :

E-rank Techniques are Free

• To get a D-rank Technique, you must train (IC) 100 words.
  
  
• To get a C-rank Technique, you must train (IC) 350 words
  
  
• To get a B-rank Technique, you must train (IC) 500 words
  
  
• To get a A-rank Technique, you must train (IC) 1K (1,000 Words)
  
  
• To get a S-rank Technique, you must train (IC) 1.5K (1,500 Words)
  

There will also be Guild Handy-Downs (Techniques only your guild can use), and must be trained to you by members of your guild. These jutsu ranks are called "H-ranks" (Also known as Hiden Techniques). Regardless of their power; You post 500 words, your mentor post 500 words.
