Effect: The user either focuses chakra along the wire or boosts more chakra into a chakra string from the mouth to the puppet so that when the user speaks, it comes out of the puppet's mouth instead, or comes out of the end of the wire. This can also be used to relay a message across great distances, as the voice can be heard out of the end of the string.

Name: Sealed Jutsu

Effect: This jutsu allows the user to seal one of their own jutsu into a fuuinjutsu tag or scroll (depending on the rank of the jutsu). This cannot be done in a fight and cannot be used to seal an opponent's jutsu. When the seal is activated, it unleashes the jutsu in a directional attack. Taijutsu or ninjutsu requiring contact with the opponent (ex. Rasengan, Chidori) cannot be sealed within the scroll or tag.
Drawbacks: Any chakra drainage applied to the user would be made both when putting the jutsu into the seal and also when the seal is activated.

Effect: This is a fuuinjutsu tag that causes thrown projectiles to home in on whatever the tag is placed on. The thrown projectiles can only change direction based on how heavy/large they are:
Kunai/shuriken/senbon: 45 degrees.
Fuuma shuriken or other large projectile: 25 degrees.
The user must make the seal out of combat, but place the tag on the opponent himself during combat. Only weapons with a special seal marked "Follow" will turn towards the Lock-On seal. All other weapons will behave normally.

Requirements: Fuuinjutsu ability, throwable weapons with the Follow tag.
Name: Lesser Fire Sealing Method

Effect: This fuuinjutsu is based on the Fire Sealing Method, but is considerably weaker. This jutsu allows the user to seal nearby fire. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required handseals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal. This seal, however, cannot seal away Amaterasu's flames or any other chakra-created fire.

Name: Alarm Seal

Range: 0-1 meters
Hand Signs: None.
Effect: The user must first write the kanji for "alarm" on a tag, then use their own chakra to deactivate it. Any time someone with a different chakra than the person who made the seal gets close (0-1 meter) to it, the seal gives off an earsplitting alarm that can be heard for several miles.

Name: Dragons of Retribution

Hand Signs: Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Tiger, Dragon, Boar, Dragon, Modified Bird.
Effect: The user must first spend an entire post focusing their chakra before they can even begin to use the long string of handseals. At the end of these handseals, the user makes the bird handseal and puts their hands to their face so that the opening created by their hands is directly in front of their mouth. The user then blows out the chakra, creating a number of (Eastern-style) dragons. These dragons then wrap up and burn the opponent unless countered with a water-style jutsu one rank below or a fire jutsu of equal rank. These dragons lock onto any large chakra signature that is not the user of the technique, meaning civilians will be ignored and the user can move about as soon as the dragons are launched. The number and strength of the dragons are dependent on rank:
D-rank: 1 dragon, destroyed in one hit, 1st degree burns.
C-rank: 1 dragon, destroyed in two hits, or with one D-rank attack, 1st degree burns.
B-rank: 2 dragons, destroyed in one hit each, 2nd degree burns.
A-rank: 2 dragons, destroyed in two hits each, or with one B-rank attack each, 2nd degree burns.
S-rank: 3 dragons, destroyed in one hit each, 3rd degree burns.
SS-rank: 5 dragons, destroyed in five hits each, or two S-rank attacks each, instant roasting.
Drawbacks: The jutsu requires a large amount of chakra, so if the user is Genin and using the D-rank version, they can only safely use it twice. If the user is Genin and using the E-rank version, they can only safely use it four times, etc.
